Well, finally cleaned up my engine on my 68 and found my casting numbers. The casting numbers are: 3970044. T7. CONV2. And the number on the front pad is: T0918CMJ. Any help decoding them would be aweasome! I know it's not the orginal engine and I believe it's a late model 80s engine.Numbers in the rear reads: 3970014 Numbers in the front on pass. side reads 178423636.
