The most likely cause is a faulty crossover relief valve on the control valve. This valve stands straight up out of the valve and kind of looks like a big acorn. This valve is not really serviceable as it operates at very high pressures is adjusted at around 4000psi.The plow raises no problem. The Plow raises when trying to angle left. The Plow will "try" to angle right, but will no go far and returns to straight. The Plow lowers no problem. I have been unable to get the controller to turn on and unable to operate the plow, the lights on the plow have come on a few times randomly over the hours I've spent working on this but have not had success figuring out why they came on.The switched power wire activates the iso and allows the iso to power up the system. If either switched power OR power to the iso is compromised the plow will not power up. IIRC the Fisher troubleshooting chart says if no power to the pin in the stick hook up run Iso Module diagnostics.

I replaced the headlight harness, control harness and the fish stick still flashing.. checked all the wires for continuity and there are no breaks... I did this using a jack that took it up 8 inches, high enough to put two 4 X 4 blocks under the plow edge.
