Hydros work as good as they did in 2006. I have a 2007 toro 48 inch just got it a couple weeks ago. Very strong hydros pulls me up any hill.The tuff Torq site lists the specs on a comparison chart. Deere has been trying to cut costs on the new lawn tractors by using the feeble light weight K46 in all 100,200 , the 300 and 304.
